COOKING CLASS IN CARROLLTON, GA

The Carrollton Church held it’s semi-annual cooking class April 28, entitled “Vegan Cooking.” Sr. Margaret presented several plant-based recipes such as chia flaxseed-encrusted tofu, ginger-garlic marinated tofu, and a hands-on demonstration on homemade multi-grain bread. Sr. Ophelia demonstrated a garbanzo-based Sloppy Joe. There was a children’s cooking class for the first time and we praise God for the 25 visitors in attendance.
